Simple but beautiful. Well done. It must feel good to have everything nearly finished. We have all that to look forward to! We are at frame stage and are trying to visualise and plan what it'll be like when completed.
We are building our very first house in Marriott Waters Estate in Lyndhurst, South Eastern suburb in Melbourne.
We our building with Metricon and have chosen the Soho 32 with the Ascent facade, which we have modified and by doing so the house is now around 33sq.
We started dealing with Metricon back in July 2009, when we had our very first rough quote with a sales consultant at the Berwick display village. We are hoping to have the house completed by July 2010.
This blog is just a progression time-line of our build.
